Seminar on UK Insurance Act 2015 at Codan 1 June in Copenhagen

The Nordic Cargo Coordination Committee has the pleasure to invite Nordic insurers to a seminar on the UK Insurance Act 2015.  This Act introduces some substantial changes to the laws governing commercial insurance contracts, particularly those in respect of disclosure and warranties. The Act has replaced part of the Marine Insurance Act 1906 and will come fully into force on 12 August 2016. 

Speakers are Joe O’Keeffe, Partner and Elle Young, Solicitor, both from Ince & Co LLP. 

The Seminar begins at 12:30 and will end at 15:30.
