Webinar description: 

The webinar focus on practical application of York- Antwerp Rules, based on different practical examples.

The speakers:

Robert Tomlinson joined Gard in 2019 and currently holds the position of Senior Claims Adviser. He is qualified Fellow of the Association of Average Adjusters. Previously, he also worked as a Director at Richards Hogg Lindley.

Joseph Shead joined the Norwegian Hull Club (NHC) in 2024. He is qualified Fellow of the Association of Average Adjusters and one of the current editors of Lowndes& Rudolf. Prior to joining the NHC, he has been an in-house adjuster at Aon and Director at Richards Hogg Lindley. 

The webinar will count towards the requirements under the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and will comprise of 1 teaching hour of continuing professional development (CPD) training in the field of marine and insurance law.
